Ordering and Delivery
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time is indicated for each product. If the product is in stock and ordered before 2:30 PM, we will start packing your order immediately, and it will usually be sent the same day. If a different delivery time is stated for the product, e.g., "1-2 days delivery time" or "2-5 days delivery time," please consider this as the average time before we send your order.
Can I track my order?
After we have packed your order, you will receive an email that your order has been shipped. This will also include the tracking number from the respective courier service so you can track the package yourself. Note: this email might end up in your SPAM box.
Which courier company will deliver my package?
We work with various courier companies. Typically, our packages are sent with a standard shipment by DPD and express by DHL. We also ship with FedEx, PostNL, and UPS. You can find out which courier has been used for your order in the email that confirms your order has been shipped.
The package is being delivered, but I am not at home. What now?
The courier (DPD / DHL / PostNL) will send you an email about the shipment and the delivery time. Check this email for options like permission to leave the package, delivery to neighbors, or delivery to a service point. If your package is delivered to a service point, you will receive an email from the courier indicating where your package is. With these options, you don't need to stay home specifically for your package and can still receive it promptly!
Can I also pick up my order?
This is possible, but only by appointment! You will then hear from us when your order is ready for pickup. Our address is: Pluggematen 1, 8331 TV Steenwijk.
