Collection, Processing and Use of Personal Data
Basically, you may visit our website without us collecting any personal data from you. Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily disclose such data for the purpose of concluding a contract or opening a customer account. Upon complete fulfilment of the contract and complete payment of the purchase price your data will be stored with care for tax and commercial law retention periods, to be deleted upon expiry of these periods.

Web hosting
Our webshop was developed with software from Magento, we have opted for Hostnet for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Hostnet has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Hostnet offers appropriate security measures for this. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent data loss.
E-mail
We use Microsoft Outlook for our email traffic. If you send us a message via e-mail, we will only use your contact information for personal use. We only use the contact details provided by you to reply to your message, or for correspondence or invoicing.
Payment processors
We use the platform of Sisow, PayPal and Afterpay to handle (a part of) the payments in our webshop. These parties process your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Sisow / PayPal / Afterpay has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Shipping and logistics
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered. We use the services of DHL and FedEx to carry out the deliveries.
