Returns

It is possible to return your order within 14 days of receipt. The return costs to Oluve are at your own expense. The part to be returned must be sent back to us within 14 days of notification including the invoice and the return form. The part must not have been used or assembled. The costs of returning the item are at your own expense. Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the package and vary by carrier.

We will credit the item once we have received it in good order. You will receive the money back within 14 days via the same payment method you used for the order.
